3. On road course and oval, there will be 2 drop races when calculating year end points. There will be no rain dates.
4. Rain Policy - All racers will receive first place points if we are rained out. You must register in person. Registration will close no later than its normal time.
5. Club members will be awarded points as determined by their order of finish. Highest placing club member will be awarded 1st place points, 2nd place points, etc.,
towards their year end total. Non-club members are eligible for a trophy only.
6. Year End Trophies and Awards - Trophies will be awarded in all classes to top five eligible finishers. Awards will only be given in classes where 2 or more racers are eligible
for year end awards.
7. All karts, driver & safety equipment will be required to pass safety tech before entering the track. SNELL 2000 full face helmet, neck brace, gloves and heavy jackets are mandatory
and must be presented at PRE-TECH. SFI 20.1 rated chest protector is mandatory for all drivers in all classes where maximum age is 12 or lower.
8. All persons, regardless of their function, in the Hot Pit area will be required to have a pit pass. THIS IS MANDATORY. Racers are responsible for their pit crew and guests.
9. No practice laps will be taken without a pit pass. Infraction will result in suspension for the day.
10. Late entries will be placed to the rear of their class.
11. No driving of karts is allowed in the pit area.

Drivers are responsible for their pit crew and guests. Penalties for misconduct are chargeable directly to the driver.
13. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden for all racers, pit crew and guests until all races have been completed for the day. At that time, all local and state
laws concerning consumption of alcoholic beverages are in affect.

continue in this manner as long as the race officials deem necessary.
16. The flagman has the right to offer a complete restart if he feels it is necessary.
17. Deliberately driving all four wheels off the track to improve your position will result in a penalty. If the action was not taken to avoid an emergency situation, you will be scored
one lap down for each occurrence. If you inadvertently leave the track with all four wheels, you must re-enter the race safely and without advancing your position.
18. Unnecessary rough driving, bumping, blocking or otherwise foul driving will subject the driver to disqualification. Continued flagrant infractions will carry a 2 race suspension.
19. All protests shall be submitted in writing to the Race Director within 30 minutes after the given competition. The Race Director's decision is final.
20. Only a participant who finishes in the winner's circle can be subject to an engine protest which requires a TEARDOWN. The winner's circle will consist of the top 5 finishers
in each class. An engine protest can only be made by a finisher within the winner's circle. Anyone finishing 6th or back cannot file an engine protest. A protest fee of $125 will
be provided by the protester. If the engine is determined to be legal, $100 of the protest fee is awarded to the engine owner. If the engine is illegal, the $100 protest fee is
returned to the protester. The tech inspector will receive $25 for his time. Please be advised that normal tech will still continue on a random and unannounced basis.
