FUNDRAISING GUIDELINES :
Using the fundraising worksheet, collect and/or note all donations. (CLICK HERE for donation page file to open and print it out) For pre-event donations that are not “Lap Sponsor” related (meaning the sponsor wants to donate a flat amount), rider can collect donations immediately. For lap sponsor donations, rider should fill out form completely and note amount pledged per lap. After event, figure out with your worksheet how many laps you completed& calculate donation dollar amount due from lap sponsors. Then contact lap sponsors to collect the donations. We would like to have all the donations collected by Saturday April 29th. That would fall on the date for Mini Moto Race #2. Once we get the final collection amounts we will award the top fundraiser. Fees Event entry donation: -Have at least $68 in Lap Sponsor commitment or -$68 participation donation for the event. ($68 per class) -Pit Passes - $15(included with entry fee) “Lap Sponsor” notes. 68 minutes might not sound like a long time. But consider this, if you do 30 seconds a lap. You stay out on the track the entire time, you will complete 136 laps. So if a “Lap Sponsor” pledges $1 for every lap, they will owe you $136. Use the chart below for a guideline. If a sponsor prefers to make a flat donation for the fund raiser instead of the sponsoring your laps, that is welcome. LAP SPONSOR EXAMPLES |
