Hello everyone, here are some important details we would like to share with everyone ahead of the Maxxis 4-Cycle Sprint Series July 19-21, 2019 @ Sandy Hook Speedway.

Post -entry at the track for the event will be CASH ONLY.

If you are in the need of Maxxis Prime Tires for this event please note Maxxis will not be selling tires at the event. Please plan ahead and get your tires ordered now from the Maxxis Online Store or from these Maxxis Prime Tire dealers:

*Chris Cirillo will have tires available at the event. Consider contacting far enough ahead of the event to have a set of tires there for you.

​All National Classes & Kid Kart LO206 must come to the grid for qualifying on Saturday with a new set of Maxxis Prime Tires.  Serial numbers from tires will be recorded at qualifying on Saturday.  Those same tires must be used for the entire event Saturday & the entire event Sunday.  No exceptions. No new tires allowed for the second day.
If a driver is switching classes those same tires must be switched as well. 

If a driver is only competing on the Sunday event, no new Maxxis Prime tires will be allowed.  It will be the driver’s responsibility to have a used set of tires on kart before practice begins Sunday.  Serial number will be recorded at practice & those tires must be used for the entire event on Sunday.
Local Option classes: open tire rule.

Friday July 19, 2019 is a practice day.  $50 1-time fee no matter how many classes a driver chooses to compete in.

Friday evening Barnes Paving Money Race for a combined LO206 SR & CIK LO206 SR class will happen at 4:45 pm.  $50 entry fee for participation in the Money Race.  Must race with MAXXIS PRIME tires.  New or used tires are allowed for the Money Race

Parking will begin Thursday July 18th, 2019 at 12 Noon. Those racers that may be coming from a long distance that are competing at the Club Kart Race #5 on Sunday July 14th are welcome to leave trailers parked at Sandy Hook for the time between the 14th& 18th.  Trailers cannot be parked at final pit spot until the 18th.

Practice: 9am-4pm
Senior Money Race: 4:45pm

Saturday: July 20
Gates Open: 7am: Tech/Registration Opens: 7:15am
Drivers Meeting: 8:30am
Practice: 2 Rounds: 9am
Qualifying: 11:45am: 5 Minute Session
Lunchbreak: 12:45pm
Heat Races: 1:30pm: 10 laps
Mains to follow: 20 laps

Sunday: July 21
Same schedule as Saturday

For those teams with long trucks and/or trailers, it is advised that entrance to the track be made from RT-1 directly to Sandy Hook Rd. the north eastern side.  Not advised to come in the south western end from Gibson Rd.

*Note Sandy Hook Speedway will have additional Staff on hand for assistance to those teams that will want assistance with pushing kart stands to the upper pit area all three days.
